Nobody may be paid below these figures — not on an employment contract, not on zlecenie. If your rate is lower, that is not "the job", it is a breach.

A rough estimate based on a regional average, not legal advice. Your own overtime may differ.
| Contract | Gross | Roughly in hand |
|---|---|---|
| Umowa o pracę — per month | 4806 zł | ≈ 3606 zł |
| Umowa zlecenie — per hour | 31,40 zł | 24,66–25,36 zł |
The spread on the hourly take-home depends on the voluntary sickness contribution: 24.66 zł with it, 25.36 zł without. In 2026 there is a single rise, on 1 January — no mid-year second step, so the rate holds all year.
The government set the 2027 figures on 14 September 2026 (Dz.U. 2026 poz. 1213). Until 31 December the 2026 rates above still apply.
| Contract | Gross | Roughly in hand |
|---|---|---|
| Umowa o pracę — per month | 4950 zł | ≈ 3704 zł |
| Umowa zlecenie — per hour | 32,30 zł | 25,36–26,08 zł |
That is 144 zł more a month gross and about 98 zł more in hand. The hourly take-home again depends on the voluntary sickness contribution: 25.36 zł with it, 26.08 zł without. As in 2026, there is one rise, on 1 January.
The rises of 140 zł in 2026 and 144 zł in 2027 are the smallest in years — worth knowing if someone tells you your pay "went up with the minimum".
| Year | Monthly gross | Hourly gross |
|---|---|---|
| 2023 | 3490 → 3600 zł | — |
| 2024 | 4242 → 4300 zł | 27,70 zł |
| 2025 | 4666 zł | 30,20 zł |
| 2026 | 4806 zł | 31,40 zł |
| 2027 | 4950 zł | 32,30 zł |
Deductions from wages are tightly limited by law and mostly require your written consent. They cannot take your pay below the statutory minimum.
Proportionally: on a half post the minimum is half the amount — 2403 zł in 2026, 2475 zł from 2027. The hourly rate on zlecenie does not scale, though: 31.40 zł for every hour, 32.30 zł from 1 January 2027.
Yes, the minimum is national. There are no regional differences.
No. Certain components are excluded when checking against the minimum, and the overtime supplement is paid on top rather than counted into it.
